This is still occurring on the stable branch of the game. There seems to be some sort of issue exclusive to the MKII where the shots are heard as if you are next to it, as long as you are within what would be the sound propagation circle of a rifle or other unsuppressed weapon.

but you realize that this "block everything" bug, makes melee completely useless?
Even if 5 people jump on one guy, who goes in the blocking animation, they cant harm him, nevermind if they attack, with fists, knifes or Axes! or whatever.

Does the issue occur only on a specific character with specific amount of items / on a specific server, or do you experience this issue even on official servers / with new freshly spawned character?

With paid DLC coming these need to be fixed. Really no reason in this at all. When the devs are able new things, like vaulting.

I have posted how many tickets yesterday and my response is This is a known error and it is scheduled for a fix. How long this been known? Because its been going on for a pretty good while.

Hello Hooty and thank you for the report.
This is a known error and it is scheduled for a fix. Also, keep in mind that these errors may not always lead to a crash (but can produce incorrect behaviour of the server).
If you are experiencing any server crashes, please upload the full contents of the folder the -profiles= server parameter directs to (RPT, mdmp, log files) as we require all the files to analyse the causes of the crashes. Also, if you have any information regarding to the occurrences of these crashes, such as actions that led towards the crash, please include the information in the ticket/s.

My buddy and I were able to get a 100% repro of this bug by killing someone as they were firing their weapon. In our case a AK74 on full auto. No other scenarios we tried could reproduce the bug.

When is this set to be fixed as this has completely ruined the game for me. Lost many hours across multiple characters and bases to this glitch. I think the severity can be changed a substantial amount for this glitch

@Geez any updates? Im running 3 Servers and its really a big issue. I know you got many things to do, but since this issue started, 2 vehicles got into the Game. Why are there no News on this issue?

Please upload the full contents of your C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder to this ticket.
The folder is hidden by default, so you will have to enable hidden files and folders in Windows in case you haven't done that yet.
You can upload the files simply by drag and dropping them into the comment window or use the "upload file" icon on the bar at the top of the comment window.
Also, what do you mean by "final play"? Do you mean the play button in menu? And does this issue occur on every server or just specific one?

Ok found the problem. You can't have a ScriptInvoker as a member variable within the class.

We are currently investigating the issue, however, we had no such reports from other server administrators and have been unable to produce the issue on our side so far. Could this issue be related to some kind of mod?

Looks like serializer not taking [NonSerialized()] variable into account from parent
They can't be declared as const.
This has to be a user error. Works fine for me. vars markers with [NonSerialized()] behave as they should.
Yeah, seriously what's up with the Amphibia and VSS issues.
Had half of someones base fences gone. Can I get help on this?! It says more info needed but I have not sure what info you need or what other info I can give... nothing has been changed on the types or other files with it, I have verified files and still nothing has worked. What is “building” in globals mean? Just we get more info on server files like what was said was going to happen in the last status report. Just sick of fences being gone at log in or when I come back to base, I have tested with and without mods on 2 different drives. The odd thing is it seems to happen more to certain people and/or certain areas....

I'm playing on an 1.05 community server and just tried to refuel an Olga with a Jerry Can (Olga tank is empty, radiator filled and charged battery installed).. I do not see any option to refuel the car with gasoline or motor oil. I walked around the whole car with the jerry can in hand and never got a refill option offered. I alredy tried to empty the cherry can and to refill it at a gas station (which did work) and the to refuel the car, but still no success.
I have completely reinstalled windows and the problem is solved.
Apparently, system files were damaged.
