ok so im not really sure how it happens but at random i put a magazine in my hand and i go to put bullets in it and it doesnt work

im not sure how to reproduce this other than holding R to reload your mag and trying to repack an empty magazine it seems like it happens at random i thought it may have just been a problem with modded weapons but ive been playing on an official server lately and im still having the problem please fix

Same happening to me too.
Magazines not loading by dragging bullets to them or by pressing "R"
Unloading not working as well.
The only way to fix is to exit and then enter game again.
