What resolution are you running the game in? And if you switch into windowed mode, with a different resolution, does the issue still occur?

@Geez it happens to me as well. Dragging the keys into hands and back onto the grid makes the key icon appear again. I haven't figured out what causes it to disappear in the first place...

I do following now:
I have take keys into my inventory - the key icon is appear - i switch window mode and other graphic options for testing - the key icon is appear - i go around some times and in one time - i never realized it the key icon is disappear - YES, the same fault which freerider3434 wrotes: "Dragging the keys into hands and back onto the grid makes the key icon appear again."
I think it is not the graphic options. Only this icon will disappear in some times, all others works:

We have been testing this consistently but we still were unable to produce this particular issue. Is it possible that this issue is tied to a specific setting/resolution/hardware? Or possibly there is something specific that triggers this occurrence? Please keep us posted in case you run across any information that could lead us to reliably producing this issue.

x It will not be only happen by car driving.
x Also by walking some steps. - Sometimes it need not much time. Other one you have to go some steps/ time.
x It is not right, that the picture will lost after a zombie hurt the character or after killing zombies. I test it also in the video.
x Look to the instrument panel of the car. Sometimes the graphic is lost.
x Also the flashes of the bus when the character will close to it.
x And also the flashes of the inventory by opening the inventory-menu.

New experience about handcuff bug...
It seems that the handcuff picture will lost when ?loot or zombies respawn?
If the character is close to an loot place and the picture of the icon will be lost.
But there also moments it would be not happen.
Look to the pictures of the inventory. There are some distortions of all pictures.
On this position i make the videos it´s not the own place. Also the character will arrive a town or other place ?with loot?
