As the title says. I can still start the game from the game's executable, but the launcher does not start at all.
@ElmutiKelmuti, try verifying the integrity of the game cache to see if that fixes the issue. If not then prepare and attach a troubleshooting report (drag and drop into comment) for the developers to review.

@sprintguy115, try verifying the integrity of the game cache and try joining several different servers to see if that fixes the issue.

@Nikita1409, according to the arma3.rpt files in the report that you have attached you are using conflicting and duplicate launch parameters. I would suggest resetting the launch parameters to their default state and trying again.
@BISWizard, if it is of any help I have update KB3078601 installed and I am not experiencing any issues with the Arma 3 launcher.

I've tried all of the solutions on the community wiki page, as well as various fixes around the internet.

Are you sure? There are no crash dump files (arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp) in the report that you have uploaded.
It also appears to be resolved in version 1.66.139279 RC1 (11-11-2016).

@Killerdawg17, my next suggestion would be to try using the profiling or development branches. See Arma 3 Steam Branches and What Is Dev-Branch? for more information. Do note that the development branch can contain large updates so avoid if you have limited bandwidth.
I took a quick look at the arma3.rpt files inside and noticed that the following exception occurs each time:

@Malborn, verify the integrity of the game cache and try again. If it is still an issue then could you prepare and upload a troubleshooting report for the developers to review?

@56curious, could you please upload the launcher log itself by dragging and dropping into the comment box? Pasting the contents can cause some of the log entries to be missing due to exceeding the character limit. Also try verifying the integrity of the game cache.
@Killerdawg17, could you try verifying the integrity of the game cache. If you are using third-party mods then disable them. If neither of those suggestions fixes the issue then please prepare and upload a troubleshooting report for the developers to review.

@L.Stewart, please attach report files to a comment rather than pasting their contents as that just creates a wall of text that has missing information.

Could you try playing on a different server or in singleplayer and see if the game still crashes?
Upload it to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox, MS OneDrive, etc. then link to it here.
@Marshal, please upload a troubleshooting report to the feedback tracker (drag and drop file into comment box).

arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp will be in the same folder. This link tells you what folder.
@leegreaves, could you also upload the corresponding arma3.mdmp file? It is important that the developers receive all three crash files with the same time stamp. You will not be able to upload the file itself due to the upload settings but you can archive (ZIP) the file or upload it to a free file sharing service then link to it from here.
@Crabshack, could you upload said ZIP file to the feedback tracker (drag and drop) or to a free file sharing service then link to it?
Oct 21 2016
@PNGPNGPNG, are there any crash dump files too (arma3server.bidmp and arma3server.mdmp)? If so then please ZIP and upload them too (drag and drop into comment box).
Oct 20 2016
@alakg, many of the arma3.rpt log files show that you are using mods and a number of custom startup parameters. Could you please disable all mods and try again. Also try resetting the parameters to their defaults and try again. Be sure to verify the integrity of the game cache if you have not already done so.
@rex611, could you provide some more information? An example video perhaps?
There are no crash files (arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp) in that report. If you go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3 are there any of those files? If so then please ZIP and upload the 3 arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp files that have the same time stamp.
I have taken all the steps in the known bugs report area.
@dzianisbh, the ArmaReport.zip file that you linked to does not contain any arma3.rpt or crash dump files. If you go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3 are there any arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp files? If so could you please ZIP and upload them for the developers to review?
Oct 19 2016
@alakg, could you please upload the report files themselves to the feedback tracker (drag and drop into the comment box)? Pasting their contents makes the report harder to read and some of the report is clipped off due to exceeding the character length limit.
Please don't create multiple reports for the same issue. It just makes it more difficult for the developers.
Oct 18 2016
@Umut, could you verify the integrity of the game cache and see if that fixes the crash issue?
Likewise, yet I tried again and still cannot reproduce this error.
@Rebel12340, are you on the stable/main branch or development branch?
I cannot reproduce this error using the steps described above.

I have noticed that this also occurs - albeit less extreme - when damaging snakes with non-explosive weapons.
@rex611, what is the name of the current uniform that you are wearing?

By "Dashboard" you must mean the Arma 3 Launcher.
@corbindallas, could you provide some more information about your issue?

Okay. Could you upload the troubleshooting report as described above? It should contain the key information that the devs need to figure out what is going on with the crash you are experiencing.
@PFPowah, try these possible solutions. Could you also upload a full troubleshooting report for the developers to see? Follow these steps to prepare a report:

@lefteartm, could you prepare and upload a troubleshooting report for the developers to see?
Oct 8 2016
@Ghost, could you also upload the arma3server.mdmp file? It is important that the developers have the 3 files with the same time stamp. You won't be able to upload the file itself, but you can add it to a ZIP file, or upload to a file sharing service such as Dropbox and then link to it.
Oct 7 2016
@Ted, could you upload the whole troubleshooting report (.zip file)? It will contain the above files plus other important files such as arma3.rpt and arma3.mdmp.
Oct 6 2016
@HiddenDeath, could you upload the troubleshooting report (ArmaReport.zip) for the developers to see? You can drag and drop into the comment box, or upload it to a file sharing service such as Dropbox and then link to the file.

@Chettoluna, could you edit your report to be in English, please?
I noticed that the RPT and dump files do not have the same time stamps. If you go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3 can you see the arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp files with the same time stamp? If so then please ZIP and upload those 3 files. If not then please try to reproduce the same crash and then upload another troubleshooting report.
Oct 3 2016
You can directly upload to the feedback tracker or - if there are issues uploading - link to a copy on a file sharing service such as Dropbox.
@ProblemFinder, please upload this crash report for the developers to see.
@Joda, could you edit your report to be in English, please?
@SkillerPenguin, I noticed that your first Arma report contains 3 arma3.rpt and arma3.bidmp files, but only 2 arma3.mdmp files. Can you see the missing file if you go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3?
I have also noticed this in version 1.64.138497.
@john681611, this issue has already been reported - T120346. It has been fixed on the development branch - version 1.65.138532.
@daviiidmonza, the arma3.mdmp files are missing out of the files you have uploaded. It is crucial that the developers have all three of the crash dumps files - arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp - with the same time stamp. The arma3.mdmp files cannot be directly uploaded, but you can ZIP them and then upload them. Preparing a troubleshooting report will automatically save all of the necessary files into a ZIP file.
Oct 2 2016
I have also noticed this in version 1.64.138497. The squad nick (tag) is displayed next to the players name, but no other information about the squad is displayed.
@daviiidmonza, could you upload a copy of your crash dump files for the developers to see?
Oct 1 2016
@mnmike612, it looks like you have tried to upload some files but they did not properly upload or were deleted.
Sep 30 2016
Try the possible solutions listed here.
@t.buur, you said the game crashes but I do not see any crash dumps (arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp) in your ArmaReport file; only arma3.rpt files. If you can reproduce the crash can you repeat the steps above?
Is there older branch that I can go back
to verify that if you need to?
@t.buur, could you upload a copy of your crash dump files for the developers to see?
Sep 29 2016
@LeeHime, both of your download links are not publicly available and thus the developers will not be able to download your crash dumps. Could you make them public?
