I cant upload zip file with log

@Less_Grossman, a few things:

Try verifying the integrity of the game cache.
Does the crash occur once, sometimes, or always on start?
If you are running an mods or custom launch parameters then disable or reset them and try again.
Upload the troubleshooting report to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox then link to it in a comment below.
