@PFPowah, try these possible solutions. Could you also upload a full troubleshooting report for the developers to see? Follow these steps to prepare a report:

  1. Start the Arma 3 launcher.
  2. Click "OPTIONS."
  3. Click "Prepare Arma 3 troubleshooting report...".
  4. Save the report.
  5. Upload it by dragging and dropping into the comment box.

If you have trouble uploading the file to the feedback tracker then try uploading it to a file sharing service such as Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Mega, et cetera and then link to it here.

Hello,

in this case it seems that running the Dependency Walker and repairing the corrupt files will be the solution. Are you having issues running any other games?

Okay. Could you upload the troubleshooting report as described above? It should contain the key information that the devs need to figure out what is going on with the crash you are experiencing.

Hello PFPowah,
Dependency Walker tells that at least one file have from version ("Error: Modules with different CPU types were found"). The file itself is not on the screenshot, but if you go through the list, there will be at least one file that has read "x64" in the CPU column. You need to found out what file (or files) it is in order to fix it.

In fact.
What should i do Wizard? thanks for the help.

"XAPOFX1_5.DLL" is part of DirectX (XAudio), unfortunately DirectX installer can't repair this kind of corruption. If you have access to another computer, you can get the file from there an overwrite the file on your PC. Use exactly this path to get and replace the file (there are multiple files with the same name, but with different content, in Windows): "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\XAPOFX1_5.dll"

Or you can use my fix to replace the files automatically: http://arma.jiripolasek.com/files/DirectX_Fix_For_Arma3.exe (disclaimer: no guarantees provided).

I erase the file and re install DX, and it works. Thanks for the help.

You can close it.

Cheers
