Please don't create multiple reports for the same issue. It just makes it more difficult for the developers.

Actually I was NOT using a specific .exe this time, just stable version...

razazel changed the task status from New to Reviewed.

I see a lot of warnings and errors in the rpt.
Did you verify integrity of the game cache after switching branches?

Also are you having same issues when playing different game modes?

Did just verify, only said "1 file requested new" which is caused by me using the official memory allocator DLL from BIA developers (SITREP #00177) "tbb4malloc_bi" :

https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/195444-possible-fix-for-the-3-fps-drop-issue/

What do you mean by game modes? I only play on one server, Tanoa only, only server side custom settings, no client mods running (And as always I maximize my view distance settings and all).

But it seems the 3 fps issue now causes a game crash :) (which I hope reveals as to why the game crashes/3fps drops with my 4 GB GDDR GTX 960...)

other game modes would be for example KotH, End Game or ZGM (simply anything else than Wasteland)

No haven't, but I'd be honestly surprised if SERVER settings could cause a "Dx 11 out of memory" crash... o_O

Or caused by my 2x8 + 2x2 GB DDR3 RAM config (20 GB) or by my i7 2600k @ 4.5 GHz ?

Not the server settings, the mission itself (number of units and vehicles, number of scripts running etc.)

But scripts don't use up graphics RAM right?

Did you try reinstalling DirectX, Visual C++ redists and drivers?

Dumps did not yield much I am afraid so not sure what exactly might have caused the issue, might be a bug in the game, might be corrupted files.

Did you try to run Windows System File Check tool perhaps?
It is also possible some files could be corrupt in the DirectX that cannot be repaired by the installer itself, you can try to use Wizard's DirectX Fix
http://arma.jiripolasek.com/files/DirectX_Fix_For_Arma3.exe (disclaimer: no guarantees provided).

Will try system file check and Dx fix next week, but I am confident the issue is caused by the setup/gfx settings as other users have same problem (or?)
