the numbers in the logs doesn't matter for the game as they are simply the values passed to the game through the command line. After that the game parses the values, it clamps them within the limits (which is 2047 MB for system memory, and your actual video card memory as reported by DirectX).

Also, verify integrity of your game cache. It is possible that the launcher is corrupt.
I get it that latest update did not help.
We are looking into that right now. You might can also try to switch to the development branch.
It is possible you will see some WIP features but game should be running just fine in overall, maybe even better as it often contains crash fixes that are yet to be added to the stable/main branch.
Earlier all Arma3 versions beat with other restrictions - maxVRAM - maxMem.
In a launcher there were other restrictions, it was possible to change values in such limits:
- maxVRAM = 256 - 2049
- maxMem = 256 - 16384
It can be seen in reports.
In reports Arma3 to version 1.64:
- maxVRAM=2049 -maxMem=10241
In reports Arma3 of version 1.64 above:
- maxmem=2047
- maxvram=8196
Sizes of parameters have traded places.
It promoted emergence this ticket.

Hi,
I re-installed win10 and everything is back to normal.
I still cannot pin point what was wrong but the last thing i installed were drivers for webcam from logitech.

the versions of downloaded game files doesn't match and that is causing the issue. Please go to "E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\", delete "Launcher" folder and the verify the integrity of the game cache through Steam client to re-download the files.

the system memory limit is really 2047 GB. This is the maximum amount of memory Windows can assign to 32 bit process and it is hardcoded in the game. Please note that the game utilize other options and workarounds to keep data in the system memory, but those are not limited by this parameter.

Also isn't it on every server that all DLCs are in the required box? Since the APEX weapons and vehicles can exist without interfering with non-APEX players. So basically Lex your point is invalid in this situation.

The least someone could do is create a specific error that tells the people getting kicked they need the DLC to see specific assets. Otherwise as centrifugal said they'll never know and keep verifying their game in hopes it might work or think it's some kind of bug and just give up. Although I don't think putting minimal effort into this problem is going to make anyone happy.

I reinstalled my graphics driver, rechecked the game cache, ran the system file checker, reinstalled Visual C++ 2013, and my components are ice cold. There's no way for me to reinstall DX11/12 since there are no packages, and I can't install old graphics drivers.
Just finished downloading dev branch. Same errors appear.
Should I switch back to the man branch?
Yes it happens on BattleEye protected servers.

any news on this? Still happens with latest amd drivers as well. It really depends on the angle you are looking at something with sun shine on it. Disabling either fxaa or shadows completely solves the problem....but thats kinda no solution really. This issue has been aroudn since the alpha in 2013 apparently and it really degrades visual quality.

Let's look at it this way. The runway is 1.1 km long and you were able to get from end to another in 1 minute which would make ~60 km/h average, and that is while not considering that you have stopped and the acceleration/braking time.
True, the game truly is demanding as a result of an older engine and amount of simulations and scripts (heavily scripted scenarios are most likely to crash or have performance issues) that are running.
There are always improvements in progress however these are often limited by the engine.
If the server has enabled BattlEye, Apex non-owners are supposed to be kicked from the server if it uses Apex structure assets.
Tanoa and its structures are exclusive for Apex owners only and placing these assets into different map does not change that.
Tried it with Windows Defender, but no luck, unfortunately (same errors). I had also disabled MalwareBytes beforehand, since I assumed that could be a source of issues, but that didn't change anything either.
Just look at the Second panal its between fast and Slow the First Run was With fast forward and the Second without

Yesterday I deleted all the local content and re-downloaded it before posting the bug report. I still checked the cache and one file didn't validate and got corrected. I tested it and the game still crashed very similarly from other times.
