Analog Input values are divided with number of assigned axes.
New, NormalPublic

Description

If you assign two analog axes to "Cyclic forward", inputs from an axis are reduced to its half;
pushing the in-game cyclic to its maximum range needs inputs from both of the axes at the same time.

The more you assign axis, the less an axis effects:
assigning three analog axes to "Cyclic forward" limits inputs from an axis to 1/3,
assigning four analog axes to "Cyclic forward" limits inputs from an axis to 1/4.

Any other analog actions ("Car Left/Right (Analog)", "Bank left/right", "Thrust/Brake (Analogue)", etc)
are also affected by number of assigned axes in the same way.

This behavior prevents using different controllers to operate each vehicle in the same category
(e.g. HOTAS to helicopters/Pad1 to quadcopters/Pad2 to parachutes) without remap control options.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Connect input device(s) to control multiple analog axes to your PC and run arma3.
  2. Open Options > Controls > Controller to ENABLE the connected device(s).
  3. Open Options > Controls > Keyboard and assign ONE analog axis to "Car Right (Analog)".
  4. Return to the title menu, open Virtual Garage and choose HEMTT (or any default cars) and take the driver seat.
  5. Input the axis assigned at (3) to 100% and watch the steering wheel.
  6. Open Options > Controls > Keyboard and assign ANOTHER analog axis to "Car Right (Analog)".
  7. Input the axis assigned at (3) to 100% and watch the steering wheel.
  8. Input the axis assigned at (6) to 100% and watch the steering wheel.
  9. Input the BOTH of the axes to 100% and watch the steering wheel.

You can see the handle rotating about 90 degrees at (4) and (9)
and only 45 degrees at (7) and (8).
If you assign 3 axes, an axis turns the steering wheel 30 degrees at its max.

Additional Information

Keyboard inputs (WASD etc.) do not affect the limit.
