Bumping this, as it's an issue I have experienced numerous times over the past years. In my case I have a G-Sync 144 Hz monitor, and Arma3.cfg has had refresh reset to both 85 and 75.
Would love to see it at least be displayed in-game, if the engine can't handle it being changed when the game is running.

This issue needs to be assigned. I have sent dozens of FULL logs to you about this crash.

My direct connection to your servers is failing inside the Nitrado network. When I use a VPN, it reroutes my traffic and works perfectly. Here is a traceroute comparison showing both the failed path and the successful VPN path.
Nitrado doesn’t know what they are doing.
I want to add to this… mainly because I can’t create a new inquiry. I saw this and thought it was related to server performance. I saw some ramblings that Arma was running on Nitrado, and finally did an IP lookup and confirmed that indeed official servers are running on Nitrado. (at least some of them).
Plz devs look into this it's urgent.

I had a similar situation several times on the Chernarus and Livonia maps.
As soon as a group of players came running, a fight would start, then the connection would be lost for no reason and I would be kicked out of the server.
When the guys left, the connection problems disappeared. It looks like someone knows how to crash nearby players or something similar.
It seems that Nitrado the hosting company hosting the official servers is blocking me?
Road Tools has begun to play nice again since 1.28
I tried to repro it myself by forcing packet loss but couldn't. Just had this happen again but I had very stable connection, group placed, no soldiers appeared, limit used up. No idea how, but the bug is indeed there.
