At this time I have experienced issues with joining any game servers, including community and official servers. Server lists will provide accurate player counts and active servers, but when attempting to join it fails. I currently play on Xbox and when I attempt to join a server I have played on before the update (1.28) launched, it freezes on this screen (see attachment). It does the server join timer then completes the loading screen but freezes on the for mentioned screen. This situation occurs on both a previously played server and official servers. When attempting to join a different community server, it shows server list as usual. When I select a server to join it flashes like it is about to show the join timer then jumps back to the server list. While on the server list during this event I can navigate through server names only on that specific page. I cannot switch to different pages, select a different server to join, or return to the main screen. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success.

Restarting console
Restarting router
Restarting game
Uninstall and reinstall game
Signing out of Xbox Account and back in
Power cycle console
Power cycle router
Test on new network
Test on different account

After looking into it I've found that it seems to be a "permanent Desync issue". When it does connect me to a server I can play for roughly 5-10 minutes before I realize I have been Desynced. After leaving game to log back in and correct the Desync this issue occurs.
