Issue Description:

Every russian is running around with 3 to 6 RPG's.
It readies way too fast.
Reloads way too fast
It is 100% accurate up to infinity range
It flies through a vacuum because it barely drops even over 500 meters
Apparently it's really stealthy because they don't kick up any dust or anything

The amount of RPG's getting spammed is just hilarious. Most russians use it is a primary weapon instead of their rifles.

And the RPG is so overmodelled its actually a more effective sniper rifle, than an actual sniper rifle.
