Please try verifying game integrity in steam. RMB Arma 3 in your steam library, click properties, select LOCAL FILES tab then select "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE..." If there are any corrupted data this should fix them.
After steam is finished with any download that may start after verifying launch Arma without any mods.
Hello, try deleting all files in C:\Users\*user name*\Documents\Arma 3\
Deleting *profile name*.Arma3Profile, *profile name*.vars.Arma3Profile and Arma3.cfg should be enough.
Note: Deleting those files will delete all your settings and game progress, also deleting the folders will delete any and all custom missions you made in SP and MP editor and saved them, as well as all saved progress in any mission you played.
I strongly recommend to backup those folders.
try going to C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Arma 3 and open file *username*.Arma3Profile in any text editor(ideally notepad++ or ultraedit for line numbers) on line 173 or somewhere very near is keyHeliFastForward[]={18};
Change that to keyHeliFastForward[]={};
After that restart the game and "E" should not push the nose down anymore.
Please make sure you unassign "fast forward" from plane movement menu and let us know if this issue persists.

Try to go to controlls>controllers menu and click on your device and click enable on the bottom. Then try to bind joystick in Keyboard tab manually and let us know if it works.
Please try to scheme your joystick as "Generic joystick" or unmap it and map all buttons and movements in keyboard tab manually.

I think the problem is in the script itself, I've fiddled with it a bit and it works as you described it should. Try correcting your script in way i did in updated mission file attached.

Unfortunately not, there is minimum system requirements for new features that weren't in previous games.
This issue is caused by insufficient integrated graphic card processor power (eg. GPU) as integrated GPU tends to be lower on power than even mobile GPU(Nvidia mobility etc.)
Unfortunately that is not possible, it would take time and resources we need somewhere else to make the game running.
Current settings will most likely stay as they are right now up until latest release build is made. After that it is up to higher ups to decide if it is something worth doing or not.
@JonDoe101 I'm still unable to recognize if your graphics card does meet minimum system requirements. It will most likely be just under the bar, but to be sure can you check it by using this site? http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009482.htm
I'm afraid that your integrated graphics core does not meet minimum system requirements. I would recommend to upgrade your laptop to something with actual graphic card(not CPU integrated).
@JonDoe101 Could you please add DXdiag? from graphics.txt I can't actually tell what intel HD series you have. Although it is supported i highly recommend use of external(PCI-e 16x) ATI or Nvidia graphics to get best out of ArmA.
@sed101 Your graphic card does not meet minimum system requirements. Intel HD graphics 4000 goes with latest i5 and most of i7 processors but not with i3.

Feedback on Safari requires page login each time user takes action, even logging in on the user account.
