Description

I often find myself with half a dozen of nearly depleted magazines in the middle of a Battle and no one would like to start a fight with just 5/30 Rounds in a magazine.
In this case i guess you would really like to merge the nearly depleted rounds together, even if it takes a while.

Steps To Reproduce

Take a Weapon as Infantry
Shoot a few Bullets
Reload
Notice, you wont be able to fill up the started magazine with Bullets again.
