Is Chrome only viable browser?

Voting works but not perfectly in every browser:

Chrome: works fine
Opera: voting works, but doesn't display colour bar, only text with percents
Firefox: voting works, but neither colour bar nor text with percents are shown, so in firefox voting progress can't be tracked
IE: same as Opera, only percents are shown, no colour bar

Feedback on Safari requires page login each time user takes action, even logging in on the user account.

Using latest Opera, I can confirm voting and associated color bars are working.

Furthermore, the colors of this complete site should be reworked. sometimes there is very little contrast in text and background. Also the weird shadow effect in the bug summary fields drive me nuts.
