If you set the key "e" for "right pedal" the helicopter will aim downwards and turn right at the same time.
Therefore this key is broken.
Some other function is hard bound to that key.
Pls fix this.
Greetings

Bind "e" -> "right pedal"
and "q" -> "left pedal"
Now fly the helicopter and see that "left pedal" works fine while "right pedal" will lead the helicopter to turn over to the front.
Confirmed. E is duplicating W in helicopters and there is no way to unassign it from configure controls.
there is a workaround here if i remember correctly. Arma 3 provides an 'empty' preset where every key is unbound. Start with this and remap all keys, it should work now.
another way would be editing the config file by hand.
main problem here might be that not all keybindings (which are located inside the config file) show up inside the controls option menu which is rather annoying and definitely needs a fix before launch.
Please make sure you unassign "fast forward" from plane movement menu and let us know if this issue persists.
@Raedek I would gladly test it for you but I have no such option in controls, definitely no "plane" movement, and there isnt one in helicopter movement.
try going to C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Arma 3 and open file *username*.Arma3Profile in any text editor(ideally notepad++ or ultraedit for line numbers) on line 173 or somewhere very near is keyHeliFastForward[]={18};
Change that to keyHeliFastForward[]={};
After that restart the game and "E" should not push the nose down anymore.
