Steps To Reproduce
Removed all custom key bindings on keyboard, no resolve.
Shutdown all keyboard/mouse/game pad proprietary software, no resolve.
Removed Gamepag and Joystick from system, no resolve.
Attempted on multiple different servers and different scenarios, no resolve.
Changed default binding from 'NUM .' to 'Y' button, no resolve.
Tried a basic PS2 keyboard, no resolve.
Additional Information
Team Mates on the same server/game are able to perform the view change.
Current keyboard is Razer LYCOSA, Mouse is Razer Nage Epic, Gamepad Microsoft XBox USB Wired controller, Joystick Logitech Extreme 3D Pro
