Tactical Pace and Slow Movement toggles should cancel each other

Description

This is a suggestion to make Tactical Pace and Slow Movement cancel out each other when they are used as toggles. Additionally, vehicles should forget what mode you where in when you entered them.

This is to prevent confusion when shifting toggling between modes as currently they stack with each other. If you forgot that you went from tactical pace to walk when you intended to go to a jog for movement you would first have to toggle out of walk, realize then you still were in tactical and then toggle out of tactical.

Also vehicles tend to remember what movement mode you where previously in before you entered. This could potentially mean that if you spend some time in the vehicle and forgot the mode you entered the next time you jumped out of it you might be in walk when you intended to be in run.
