Confirmed, queue not showing position when joined from launcher.
Can confrim, the queue no longer shows your position when you join directly from the launchers (not the in game browser).
To compare folder names.. Most rented servers use the steam workshop ID of the mod as folder name, while the client uses the actual folder name of the mod.
So I got my 2 Lukow Locos servers running Livonia and Chenarus now but it was a shell game. In some cases my server provider was not recognizing updates to mods, like I would update my own mods and it does not show up in the update list. So I wonder if there is an issue with Steam.
Weird. Would that thing with folder names be the name as written in the meta file? Underscores, apostrophes and all?
To clarify with Spaggie, We have LOTS of people who connect just fine, no issues. Just 1 or 2 that are having the issue above. All Namalsk servers are full or 30+, yet these 1-2 individuals just can't seem to get connected.

Yeah I put my modded servers on hold for the time being, no use bashing my head against that particular brick wall. Either it is the launcher that is borked so it doesn't actually load the mods it is told to load, or the validation logic gets false positives. I don't think it has to do with the number of mods, I got it with only one mod loaded. And I know how to make sure the mods are up to date on both server and client - and the key in the keys folder. There's something going on here.
We have a few people trying to get into our Namalsk servers with the same issue, they've been kind enough to try some things, verifying files, deleting steam cache, unloading and reloading all mods

I agree, prioritizing is important and we all know that this game has other problems to deal with. Then again fixing this is a simple task, especially for someone familiar with the DayZ dev tools. The snippet you posted in an earlier comment is probably half the fix but instead of using a magic number like 320 you could use a percentage of the window width.
@PR9INICHEK If your game states that it supports it then ... yea it should support that functionality regardless of how many people use it. Simple as that.
I kind of agree, but they should then change the stamina values, if they make everything realistic the game would be boring af, it's also about gameplay. If they decrase the inventory slots the stamine would be higher so the game would feel "faster", but dude there are so many items and they are not durable enough to be realistic. I mean, I have never seen a "damaged" or wasted tool in my life and I work in a factory. This and other things make impossible this game be fully realistic.
Anyway, I would agree we need more types of clothes with specific slots, like vests have for grenades or the belt for knives and pistols holders. We need backpacks with smaller pockets attached and I would like to see the need to get a rope before you put a rifle in your back, naked guns don't simply stick to your back and remain there while running or jogging, or at least I want to see the guns already with a strap.
Also clothes are good to identify your friends, with the cold people use only the few hunter clothes options and friendly fire is quite common, but I am sure they are gonna add these in future updates.

No recent changes. Again, not just this mod but so far this is an issue with every mod.
I've already helped many servers work around the problem, doesn't mean it isn't a problem
Joining from "In-Game" by pressing Play works, but only for the last server you played on.
Its to do with the mod name from the workshop and the folder name on the server AND the players PC all needing to be the same.

Also, looking at other peoples reports and @Geez's replies, it's unclear to me whether or not the devs actually realise this isn't an issue with custom resolutions. It's an issue with 21:9 standard resolutions, something DayZ claims to support natively.
All of the fantastic progress this game is making marred for any user who uses an Ultra Wide display is galling. I cannot enjoy the game as the issue makes some UI elements completely unreadable.

Further information: It appears to be caused by folder names having to directly match mod names. Some mod names have characters that Windows cannot use in mod names

It's -0.0001, where it was probably meant to be -0.001.
-0.0001 = killing range (100 dmg) well over 5000 metres
-0.001 = killing range over 550 metresFor comparison in 1.11 killing range is ~500 m and in early 1.12 it was ~400 m.

Yes, I don't see why it's not being fixed. I see this in the 1.12 patch notes:
"Long item names were cut off in the left bottom corner of HUD" so clearly someone was looking at a similar issue. Could've just fixed this one at the same time.

Hello, I noticed this when I was editing a copy of the economy files to make my deathmatch experimental server, but now that I check the original chernarusplus mission files that I started with, that is not the case. So it would seem the copy/paste mishap was at my end!

Since recent changes to these numbers, there seems to be a typo in airFriction of 7.62x54mmR (Bullet_764x54). Too many zeroes.
Improve this game or it will die off consoles rapidly

Video evidence, from what I can see, only jumping with a gun somehow works... mysteries of DayZ
Videos of stairs in castles and PDs being clunky, restricting movement while crouched or moving slower than usual run speeds.
Videos might still be processing on youtube side of things, they are freshly baked.
