Ok, I think I now noticed what is the issue on your end. It seems plugin requires open World Editor... In past, plugin opened it automatically but someone accidentally disabled it

I also don't see error on your videos? Why is it so? I would need rather procedure which leads to this behavior not when it is already happening

@reyhard, here's the video response to your question using PortableDesk_01_Sand_Full and PortableDesk_01_Sand. As stated earlier, nothing happens at all (I didn't get the initial error because it only seems to appear once). This is exactly the same result as @JeckZeRippa's video above.

So I did some research with MSI Afterburner and have solved crashes for myself. I encountered the same crash with 72*C GPU temp limit set and 88*C hotspot temperature.

Ok, let's try this, this is done using mouse/keyboard, well actually just keyboard

  1. before starting the test, make sure that the following controls have keys assigned (by default there are only controller controls) push to talk (PTT for short from now), select direct talk/radio talk (DT/RT), select short range radio/long range radio (SRR/LRR).
  2. start a new game master session locally
  3. spawn a US spotter (any unit with long range radio should do) and take control of the unit
  4. test comms by pushing PTT, shows transmit icon and 38 MHZ
  5. push DT/RT, shows megaphone icon and selected direct talk
  6. push PTT, shows megaphone icon
  7. push DT/RT, shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-68 CH1 32 MHZ
  8. push G to open radio menu, notice that the radio is actually set to 38 MHZ, push G again to close radio menu
  9. push DT/RT at least twice in a row, now when the radio is selected the line shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-68 radio CH1 38 MHZ (*) , make sure radio is selected before moving forward
  10. push SRR/LRR, no visual prompt
  11. hold PTT, shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-77 CH1 48 MHZ + transmit icon and 48 MHZ PLATOON, release PTT, shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-68 CH1 38 MHZ
  12. push DT/RT, shows selected direct talk
  13. push DT/RT, shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-68 CH1 38 MHZ
  14. hold PTT, shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-77 CH1 48 MHZ + transmit icon and 48 MHZ PLATOON, release PTT, shows radio icon and selected AN/PRC-68 CH1 38 MHZ

Second time in a row placing the ammunition supply point on the right side of the command tent (when facing its entry) and having this bug. Might be a good start to reproduce the issue. Will keep you informed.

Still occurs in 1.2.0.102 on conflict servers. Probably never stopped to occur since this report (personally experienced that since I restarted to play ~4 months now). It happens rarely but still happens :


No idea what triggers this bug.

I have been able to reproduce similar issues in two different ways :

  • N°1 : local game master everon by placing a squad in a similar way to the living quarters recruiting feature in Conflict official scenario
  • N°2 : self hosting the official "Conflict Full Everon" scenario and check a location where I know 99% sure with experience I will find glitched AI (the location is the supply point near Regina village, I'm encountering all the time glitched AI into the containers there)

    Environment : Windows 11 x64 - 23H2 No mods

Steps to reproduce N°1 :

  1. Start a Game Master Everon mode (local)
  2. Select a fire team group (same as in conflict mode like the soviet fire team in my case)
  3. Adjust the placement near the pier in Morton until one model starts glitching into the pier
  4. Place the squad with left click
  5. One (or more) squad member will be glitched into the pier

Steps to reproduce N°2 :

  1. Host locally the official game "Conflict Full Everon" scenario
  2. Go to gamemaster view and check the AI unit markers at the supply point near Regina village (you will already see the unit markers glitched into the containers)
  3. AIs are glitched into the container (You might only see the AI unit markers, as on previous image. To see the AI character "fully" generated you can spawn your player character and teleport it near).

I haven't noticed that, but there are still problems with communication controls.

  1. If you follow Asmodeus' instructions, but select the long range radio through the radial menu, then you will send the transmission in long range radio's frequency regardless of whether you use talk over radio or talk over long-range radio button. As I see it, the talk over radio button seems to simply send using the radio, channel and frequency that is selected using the radial menu.
  2. There is no talk over long-range radio toggle button, like there is for direct talk and talk over radio, that both have dedicated toggle button.
  3. The other type of comms controls (one button for push to talk, and channel selections that don't send automatically) was previously bugged in a way that the selection between short and long range radio did not work unless push to talk was also pressed. That is now corrected, but that selection still lacks visual confirmation. I mean, when you select between direct talk and radio talk there is a text that confirms your selection (direct talk / radio talk selected). That confirmation is missing between short/long range radio. And even the confirmation text between direct talk/radio talk is actually flawed. As seen with the following example -push direct/radio talk (shows selected AN/PRC-68 channel and frequency for US radios) -push short/long range radio (no visual prompt, but AN/PRC-77channel and frequency is selected) -push direct/radio talk (shows selected direct talk) -push direct/radio talk (shows selected AN/PRC-68, but AN/PRC-77 is actually selected)
  4. I guess there should be a separate key bind to select between the hand-held radio's (AN/PRC-68) channels. Now the second channel can only be selected through the radial menu.

Thanks for your reply! Gonna try tomorrow capping max fps to 30 (that option existed iirc) as a workaround, just to play. If it actually checks you GPU I hope they will remove that behavior in future release or hotfix, like why when there is throttling and so on.

I had a similar experience but with an AMD 6800XT card. My hotspot temp was over 100 but I would get GPU Hangs down at 90 degrees.

Same problem as OP and other reporters above, mic works fine in party chat and other games and can hear other players in game, but they can’t hear me when using ingame chat. Made sure all settings are correct. I am using xbox series s and wireless headset from turtlebeach.

I have the same problem, same explanation, the Arma Rebugging has another problem with vehicles. The lights turn off when you get out of the vehicle even if the vehicle is still on.

As Speedwaystar shows it's a pretty well known issue. No idea when/if devs are planning on fixing it. It's not just rocks either, you can find all sorts of broken spots that will show odd behavior. Getting stuck in containers, inaccessible attics, inside of walls, even just teleported outside of buildings entirely. Most of the time it's just comedic, but there are a few spots where you can get that most players won't be able to find you and in which you can still cap a point.

I already reinstalled the game and the workbench and checked the files. On my mod also nothing happens. I doesnt matter in wich combination I try to create the editable prefabs the plugin will always do nothing. On the sample mod I tried it without and with deleting the editable prefab files before I used the plugin.
