Experimental 1.2.0.12 unmodded vanilla game
On the new experimental 1.2.0.12 update the handbrake & shifter animation of the Ural 4320 Truck (Every Faction) no longer works. The vehicle animations are the ones that broke, the player animations work just fine.
Get into a Ural 4320 Truck and try to shift the vehicle and pull the handbrake, you will notice there is neither an animation nor sound for the handbrake or shifter, they are completely static.
Hey Geez, 1.2.1 here, the problem is sadly not fixed and is still exactly the same as before.
