Steps To Reproduce

The player with the radio is on the roof => players spawn inside the roof where is no normal access at all (e.g. building in Entre Deux - Everon)
The player with the radio moves near the large rocks by the sea => players spawn in the rocks (e.g. near military hospital - Everon)
