Issue Description: When playing with mixed input (Both KB + M & Controller controls (in this case a steam controller) using the controller control to speak in direct communication mode (Hold LB) and then looking around using a mouse will forcibly switch communication mode from Direct communication to radio.
Please include reproduction steps here!!!!
Speak in Direct communication mode using a controller control (Hold LB) then move the camera using a mouse control.
Communication mode will switch from Direct communication to radio.
This will be a real pain for steam deck users, as it means they have to use two buttons to talk instead of one (in my case I have both LB and T bound so I can speak in both direct and on the radio but I would prefer to just use LB)
