The problem is that Arma Reforger doesn't compensate for latency currently. This means you need to shoot ahead of your target to compensate for ping. Even though 12ms ping here isn't bad, fast moving targets like helicopters and cars require more lead. If you have higher ping, you will also see this "invulnerability" happen to infantry. I've made a ticket about this problem, but it seems to be ignored.
In the second stage of the advanced vehicle tutorial it also says "Get in the construction truck" when it's actually a repair truck.

I agree with this 100%, also I don't undestand the point of the big barracks, because it takes 10x the space of small barracks and spawns the same amount of AI.

Answer from Arkensor: garbage manager no longer exists as a placeable entity, its replaced by a game system that you do not need to manually add anymore.

The game doesn't compensate for ping. If you have a slightly higher ping, you have to shoot where the enemy is going to be, rather than where they are. I get 200+ ping, so I must shoot a couple of paces ahead of a running soldier. If you don't do this, you will see blood, but they won't die

We figured it out.
- The data structure change just deleted one of the layer files Tanin.layer
- For some reason the loading order is messed up. GenericWorldEntity must be loaded first, but after the data structure change it was loaded later and that crashed in all the generator entities. Moving contents of Zimnitrita.layer into default.layer fixes that.

There is definitely a problem that we are investigating, however, in the meantime you can try and switch language in game via Windows + space (works for us) instead of shift+alt (doesnt work currently).
