One of your discord moderators requested I put a message I sent there in as a ticket.

The message I sent in discord was in reference to another player complaining about two trolls, AudibleBike09474 and Your A Pinner. Both are console players.

I use those names as reference, because both of these people use multiple accounts to continue trolling after they are vote banned or TK banned. Just in the three or so hours that they trolled tonight, they also used the accounts:

Your A Pinner switched to the account Impulvium

AudibleBike0974 switched to UpscaleSlinky, and also to the account Upoo22.

They engaged in the typical troll behaviors, TKing without punishment by dropping a grenade and hitting respawn before it detonates, shooting the tires out of every vehicle as they spawn, and deleting anything the team they join as built on the map. It’s the first thing they do when they join a new server, go around to every base and remove any of the work that the team has done.

The only time one of them spoke in voice chat, AudibleBike called some black players a racial slur then shut his mic off again.

The players seem to try everything, many new players end up finding themselves banned for shooting the trolls. Vote-kicking and banning was useless since they are using multiple accounts.

The new players part is important - because at least three of the players whose games were ruined mentioned they were on the trial.

Two of them have confirmed to me they have no plans on purchasing the game due to the trolling, mainly because they heard from other players that these two players do this every couple nights and it makes Official servers unplayable. I didn’t think to ask the third trial player.

That’s just two random other players I thought to ask about if they’d purchase it after their experience. How many others have been chased off purchasing Reforger because of just these two trolls ruining their gameplay?

I really felt that fact needed brought to your attention. The actions of these two people are directly costing you sales.

I understand BI has a game to build, and I truly wish that I wasn’t having to write you about something so trivial and honestly feels silly, but here we are.

I hope there’s some sort of solution that can be found, hopefully one that prevents multiple accounts from being a loophole to bans.

That all being said, please understand I truly do love the game, I wouldn’t have spent the time to write this out otherwise. It bothered me to hear people were not going to purchase Reforger, not because of anything related to the design of the game itself, but because of two sad people actions.
