Steps To Reproduce
Create a new CAH Map (or open an old projekt before 1.0) in the Reforger tools. Then drag the garbage Manager in the new world sub szene. Then it will crash.

Answer from Arkensor: garbage manager no longer exists as a placeable entity, its replaced by a game system that you do not need to manually add anymore.
