Proximity chat causes players voices to occasionally become very very very deep and sometimes really high pitched to the point it’s comical. Haven’t seen it happen over radio yet, but I’ll comment if it does. (No it’s not someone with a soundboard, it occurred to my 3 Xbox players as well)

At this date, still a problem and no update/new info about how to fix or a fix by bohemia. I think this is not "normal" priority, makes communication impossible when the problem is repeated, its a shame in a 1.1 (Near 1.2) we still don't have a good VON system.
Hello Skyrbose.
Do you have any information that was not mentioned in the original ticket that you could provide, which would lead us towards reproducing the issue?
Low latency between client/server for a moment, looks like a lag spike for that specific player talking, only solved if the player stop talking and start again. Edit: Happen on public server (Like bohemia ones), vanilla windows, vanilla linux, and modded of both.
Thank you, does this occurs on a specific server or does this occur across various servers? And does this occur only on modded servers or vanilla as well?
Months since this report and still no solution or statement of intent to fix it. When you're playing and you hear your teammates talking in a tone that's either too low or too high, making it unintelligible, it totally breaks the immersion. It's a REALLY annoying problem that makes communication VERY difficult, and the worst part is that it happens all the time. Do something about it already, please.
I mean that kind of sounds like a problem on your side, the problem does happen, but it is not THAT common
Stay around +8 players for 10 minutes and you will notice that happening 1-2 times. This don't is common at Conflict where almost all people are around the map and u stay around with 3-4 max, but at base (Near arsenal with a lof of people around) you can reproduce it easy.

Thank you, does it also occur on the current experimental or just stable? (or both?)
i can confirm that the chipmunk/vader proximity voice bug is still present in 1.2.0.70 stable.
