Steps To Reproduce

Leaving setting on borderless Fullscreen, exiting the game and re launching goes into window mode.

Going into a server match switches to window mode

Going back to main-menu switches to window mode

ReforgerEngineSettings.conf. I think this file is the problem but editing doesnt change anything for me
