Unable to change radio channel

Not sure if this is just my mouse or something that happens to other PC players.

I cannot change my radio with my mouse wheel at all, and theres no way to change the setting either.

This happens every match, and I think I have a video of it somewhere which I'll upload to youtube tonight.

Steps To Reproduce

Be on PC and try changing your radio, for some reason mine only goes down on freq and not up.

@Geez this is bug is in Live, but in experimental it has been fixed from what I've seen.
