I strongly agree with this, however it would require more frequent updates to the AI pathfinding which in turn will increase server load

This issue should not occur on 1.13 indeed. In case this has occurred only on the 1.12 version then that is currently not a concern for us as it is a known issue for the 1.12 version.

The crash dumps point towards an issue with d3d11.dll on your computer. This means that the file could possibly be corrupted. We suggest that you re-install your directx and other drivers that could be related.
If that does not help, then this could be caused by conflicting software, malware and old driver version.

I was unaware of that rule, thanks. Thats certainly the problem with the third character. I need to experiment with the second character. At the very least its unexpected behaviour for the game to move a different character between servers when you don't adhere to these restrictions. Simply failing to start would be preferable.

In official servers you can only have two characters, one for 1st/3rd person servers and the other is for only 1st person servers. You can not use the first person only character in 3rd person servers. The other character you may see is one of another community servers that only can be played in that specific server. Is that the problem or I am misunderstanding?

Can anyone please help?
The mod load order as well as script module order 3_Game -> 4_World -> 5_Mission can influence which define is present at which time. In my experience defines work as intended if used correctly. Do you have a minimal example setup where it sometimes works and sometimes does not?
I should also mention that the Toggle Aiming Down Sights option in the controls menu is completely empty, no key bound to it.

Suppressed weapons will still attract zombies due to the noise they produce, this is especially the case if the zombies are somewhat alerted already or if you shoot multiple shots after each other. To minimise the chance the zombies will not discover your locatio nwhen shooting with suppressed weapons, you should take breaks between the shots.

Can you please record a video of this behaviour? However, infected will still be able to hear shots on suppressed weapons as the weapons are not completely silent and still produce loud clicks - this is as designed.
This can be case especially if you shoot a lot of shots in rapid succession (you should take pauses between the shots to avoid attraction) and also if the zombies are already somewhat alerted.
