Steps To Reproduce
Start Dayz which brings up the launcher. Change server (or just click play). Select a server from the list in the Official tab or the Community tab. Screen dims a little as it is attempting to connect. After several minutes it goes to a black screen with a loading bar then the error message. I also get an error when exiting the game (I believe I attached the appropriate file).

Found a solution for me.
It's very simple as most of the times with Dayz errors.
So first you have to log out from your Steam account. Exit Steam. Restart pc.
Then Login to your Steam account. That's it.
Seems like we have been logged in to Steam for too long.
