When attempting to connect to any server, official, private or modded, I am unable to connect to the server and it states that error code "0x00020009" and that I have "failed to connect." I have deleted the game and redownloaded, attempted to use different internet and cannot seem to find a solution.

I'm using a wireless connection and I play a multitude of games online and only have a problem with DayZ, if you think you can solve it I'll be extremely appreciative.

Is there any way you could try to switch to a wired connection? As wireless is generally not recommended to use with DayZ. Also one user had the same error in the past and was able to solve it by switching to wired.
