task can be closed. I finally found out that you have to click LMB several times to activate the glow stick

I agree, would be great since not all admins have access to the root folder. This would allow other admins to use the ban.txt and whitelist players if needed.

@Geez additionally, gas generators have a similar problem where turning them off doesn't always terminate their sound effects.

@Geez the same type of problem occurs when extinguishing a fire. My concern is that other players may walk up on a fire that I extinguished and still be able to hear its sound effects.

Ok @Geez thanks for clearing that up. My experience leads me to think that the functionality of suppressed sound is inconsistent. If you miss and the bullet strikes a wall near the infected, they will investigate the general vicinity of the point of impact, as you say. If you hit the infected it will sometimes immediately come charging right at you, including other infected in the vicinity who were nowhere near the target. Sometimes this does not happen and the target infected runs around stupidly. Maybe this has to do with how well I manage to stay hidden, but it might need a bit of tweaking still.

I can help you Bohemia with serach cheat programs. I love that game but that problam FATAL for DayZ and I so BIG fan that game, but after that not wanned play again. I know, I pay money for game, play 1000 hours+ and you can do nothing and not lose money from me, but PPL will stop play if you will not ban that cheaters
