@fundogthrillionaire Hi. I never got such a problem with a gas burner. At least the steps of reproducing the problem do not work on my side. Maybe you forgot something, in the steps of reproducing the problem? stable or experimental?

All I can think of is that the contents finished cooking at the exact same time the fuel depleted.

@fundogthrillionaire Perhaps the problem is random in nature and is close to a common problem - server lag. For example, the gas ran out, but the server at this point in time had a delay - it does not register an empty gas cylinder - the sound of the gas burner continues to play.
I sometimes encountered such problems when the sound continued to play on the server, even in those places where the sound source was no longer present. That is, the problem is random and not in gas, but in the mechanism for starting playback of any sound on the server and stopping the playback of any sound on the server.
I heard - the operation of the gas burner but the burner in place of the sound source is not there, I heard the sound of a fire that has been extinguished for a long time .... or such a moment in the game, as in this video. The player spoke into the loudspeaker, then removed the battery, but the loudspeaker continued to play his voice on the server, players hear his microphone and duplicates his voice from the loudspeaker.

@Geez the same type of problem occurs when extinguishing a fire. My concern is that other players may walk up on a fire that I extinguished and still be able to hear its sound effects.

@Geez additionally, gas generators have a similar problem where turning them off doesn't always terminate their sound effects.

I have experienced the same problem with gas stove. My friend set gas stove and we started cooking fat and steaks in cooking pot when it was cooked my friend has taken gas canister away (second 10) and "burning sound" of gas still continued for me but for my friend it stops. When he has taken the gas canister away it was empty you can see it in video at second 12. I also taken screenshot (below video) from that second.
And at end of the video you can also clearly see that gas canister was laying alone on the ground.
