the code shows inability of Arma 3 to process code in multiple CPU' threads,
that code is to prove existence of issue, and have no requirement to do anything,
its up to Arma 3 dev. team decisions of functionality implementations

finally i've find out that using reshade http://sh8.videopilot.link/real-light-7/ with arma seems to solve most of z-fighting issues with my 1070,

We have problem with falcon drone heli....
If you buy falcon at Air factory in CTI mission, you can order 2 crew... UAV terminal not show falcon on list. If you order with crew they just spawning behind vehicle....

If you place falcon with mission editor and start mission, all good no ais, no connection problems.

I was experimenting with Zeus in the editor and I am able to add story characters even with Zeus both Major Gavras and Nathan are available.
Update: In the middle of a Multiplayer game bouncing between an Artillery Panel and a UAV, the UAV was shot down (I think) and the bug occurred again. I was required to force respawn to fix it.

I agree that the patches by BI do a good job. Like you say turning down the amount of speakers aka lowering the amount of calculations is helping.
My problem got better after I forced my Sentey headset to 5.1 rather than 7.1. Still not 100% but 90% better. I think it also got a little better with recent A3 patches so maybe they are working on it.
As repeating myself somewhere in this thread. Its not depending on either Logitech or AMD specificly. it depends on Surround headsets mostly virtual ones and a CPU with low single core performance. The sound calculator is the CPU and therefor needs more power to do calculations additionally to Arma. So i dont know why exactly it does so or how to fix that beside a better CPU. We all had agreed that its coming to that 2 factors: - Many speakers virtual or non virtual (even there it sometimes happens) and low CPU performance. Anything else already was tested or confirmed by many users.
As on my side i figured out that the lower your latency on your hard drive is the better it gets. Means a SSD will better that problem and a M.2 SSD will fix it to almost to framedrops (on good Servers). the sound artifacts will still be but much better. Tested on my G930 with a 960 EVO on a PCIe 2.0 x4 on a FX8350.
