In 1.81.144365 Hatchbacks lose some value of speed, need to increase this

Thank you for the report. I have tested this surface and yes it does slow down the hatchback, but it does not stop it. Could you please give me the coordinates where you tested this surface?

In august 2017 this surface stoped hatchbacks.
Now it's too good, but no the best and need in my opinion for fix.
