I have a standard overclocked GTX 580 and had problems with the standard voltage MSI used. I found that increasing the voltage solved a lot of crashes in games for me including Arma 3.

BIS planned fix this problem? Or we have to change mission parameters?
Specific uses would be for something such as a function to add experience (fn_addXP). If malicious players utilizing some BE bypass method were executing this to script-inject themselves experience.
The strange thing is, is that the mine detector is available under misc items when viewing a container (uniform, vest, backpack) when in the full arsenal from Arma's main menu "Tutorials > Virtual Arsenal".
At 1.72 the problem is not solved.
I (hopefully) managed to solve the issue by doing copy-paste of all the .dll files of the folders "System32" and "SysWOW64" from another PC (skipping the ones that i already had)

Not really. The problem is that with a USB headset you CPU is your Sound calculator. Low IPC and a huge load(from arma) cause that problem. If connected to the Soundcard what ever type the Sound Calculator is used there
as mentioned in my original post, if I use a 7.1 surround speaker system connected to the onboard sound card setup for 7.1 it DOES NOT happen, for me it is something between the CPU and USB connections as I assume everyone here is using a USB type headset? This could be a CPU architecture issue or northbridge issue regarding bandwidth I assume.
seems like BIS_fnc_executeStackedEventHandler got intetionally broken, are there plans for a replacement? maybe even a nativ sqf command?
Ahhh understood. I was just confused about the terminology used. 🙂
I think TheMasterofBlubb is referring to my comment in the other ticket:
I either missed this entry or it got added later into the devbranch changelog:

Well... Nobody will upgrade his CPU(which would also require to buy a new Mainboard as well as new RAM) for just a game.
There are thousands of other games and well... This is taking far too long.

BTW its not only an AMD problem I have an i5 dual core and am having the same issue. Probably has something to do with sound drivers and the game as I have seen many Logitech headset people having this problem.
@razazel Has anything been done in regards to finding and fixing this issue?

@Scrable & @stoney-dsp allow me to clarify: I wasn't piloting, I was a passenger. It is the only way to get anywhere far on the game when this problem occurs. As we know, even if we aren't piloting/driving the vehicle, this issue still happens. This work-around, while inconvenient especially for those who even purchased the helicopter DLC (etc).. seems to work, sometimes. It will not fix the issue however.
Resolved all my issues that I had, but this problem is still occuring. I'd love for this to be sorted so I can automate mission loading.
All possible solutions that i could find have been tested and didn't work.
Alright. When searching for a previous ticket, I didn't find anything (maybe because it's been around for a while and I should have looked further down), so I thought it would be ok to post. Now that I know that, I guess this ticket can be closed. Or not, I don't mind.
@Cris You said above your's is fixed which turned out to be an error with a texture, Can you provide more details regarding that?
3 and a half years. *sigh*
They made a game mode. Eutw.net
Hmmm. I did not even try. Of course I can try, but the purpose of this ticket is to make the BIS correct its own mistakes ...
This is a known issue that has been around for years.
So, just a quick thought--
No but ,if other people manage to get that system working why couldnt you?
I have yet to see a pilot to fly with his map open
I'm still having problems, I'm wondering if there's anything more I can do up to this point..
