Description

When playing on any multiplayer server, the commander is unable to deploy smoke in all MBTs and APCs in any multi-crewed vehicle.

Steps To Reproduce

For some reason the ability to deploy countermeasures is bound to the first person to enter the tank, and thus as a result if any other crew hop in the vehicle first, the commander will be unable to deploy countermeasures until anybody that got in the vehicle before him has gotten out.
