Hosting an Argo listen server then closing Argo and hosting a listen server in Arma3 causes CTD in Arma3

Description

On starting an Argo listen server LAN or Internet and playing for a while. Then closing Argo and attempting to start an Arma3 Listen LAN/Internet server causes the following error "Include file "a3\Functions_F\Params\paramRevive.hpp not found." when starting to host a mission within Arma3.

Followed by this error "The exception unknown software exception (0x0000dead) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFDEE259E08. Followed by CTD.

Steps To Reproduce

Start an Argo listen server and host an Argo session.
Close Argo.
Start Arma3.
Attempt to start a listen server in Arma3.
CTD occurs with the above errors.

Rebooting machine does not resolve this issue.
