Actually it seems to be possible in certain ways. Ask the EUTW crew they have a system that makes stats and it can log even different weapons on a vehicle.

Arma 3 Activity

I found that you can sometimes avoid this issue by opening the map when you're being transported. But this is somewhat of an inconvenience for many reasons. It makes the game at least, playable. It appears that most of us have AMD processors.. ? Please fix this issue.

So the scopes differ for any other caliber

How many additional years, the user needs to endure this shamefull bug? Personally, I'm tired of ignoring. In some cases, the game can not determine which weapon killed the player. This also applies to stationary weapons, vehicles!
thank you for your feedback.

Have that same problem and I did as you said and I'm still having the same issue
Upon further thinking, I think this is pretty major, not so minor.
Confirming the findings of @strider for Arma 3 version 1.72.142223
Thanks, I will follow your advice ;)
Also, this started with the Jets DLC. So far has only happened while flying in Blackfoot.
Please bring the fix on the next update or hotfix.

Well, this issue has been resolved by now and can be closed.
Also have the stuttering fps error and is annoying as hell
Please Close. Problem is Solved
seems fixed now.
I also noticed that effect. I think for some enhancement sound mods like ES and DS2 this is important to get looked into and resolved if that was intentional. i now switched to the 2nd syntax to temp fix it.
More memory crashes with latest patch

+1 pretty annoying
I am still having this issue, it has been quite a while.
There is more than one (maybe the same model, maybe not). Check pos [8170,7580,0] (grid "081075").
Still present in 1.72.142223
Same procedure as in the original report:

Reason for this failure could be the same described in[[ https://feedback.bistudio.com/T125977 | T125977]]
Wipeout does not have active radar anymore, only "passive" radar, i.e. can detect other radars active in the area. It has a visual and IR sensor, and its weapons use IR lock. The target object must be hot (i.e. have its engines on) for successful lock. they've improved locking behaviour in 1.72, btw.
Still seems to be an issue with 1.72 hotfix, both local MP and DS. Can't change slots.
