This has happened to me before, but I didn't know how to describe it. I was driving alone on a road. Someone overtook me behind me. Then it froze, and I was in a tree 40 meters away.

I was ‘driving’ on the side the whole time. I was able to use the machine gun. The ‘bug’ was recognisable to the other players.

@Shal3R install DZSA or launch-z and train your player base to use those. Official launcher has been broken since October 😢

I have updated the logging for this desync so it now sends a single webhook for each desync event.

When is this going to get fixed. I would love to play some stuff with friends but it keeps happening almost two months later.

Nitrado did reply apparently, I just missed it, they closed the ticket then marked it as I closed it. So much for "waiting for my response".
(They always do this, I've complained about it before. 8 years and nothing's changed)

Absolutely, I’ll report back if this gets resolved, but removing or rotating the server.log will absolutely improve performance, here’s why:

You're always welcome to create mods to get/change these types of features. Reforger generally seems to be firm on the realism and historical authenticity front, so I doubt tracer burn time will be changed to make it easier to snipe at 2 KM.

It can happen even on dirt roads at speeds as low as 40 km/h, as well.

Im aware serverside mods exist unfortunatley console cannot add mods of any kind - which is why I have suggested (in lieu of mods, cause it looks like were not getting them any time soon) the ability to toggle it the same way we can with bases and containers.

Can confirm - even when packed picking them up causes severe lag unlike any other object in game - also playstation - currently running on PS5 and the lag is insane.

You're right—the pine camouflage beret and cap textures look noticeably lower-res compared to the updated uniforms. A texture update would really improve consistency, just like upgrading to Truck Simulator unlimited money boosts the whole gameplay experience!

I cannot agree enough. I understand that auto-exposure is essentially required for a HDR Pipeline, but the settings need to be heavily tuned. The tech can *significantly* impact the visuals and make it look poorer than it should. I think some time sorely needs to be spent experimenting with how the average scene luminance is captured (certain objects or the sky have too much influence), clamping, and exposure compensation depending on the player environment so the image looks right?

Hi, yesterday me and my friend did a base with one gate in a double yellow house. We placed a tent on the 1st floor on the button, between the table and the gate. We logged out for the night and my friend joined today. The improvised tent with the loot We needed dissapeared and it was there not even for 24h. It was working normally yesterday but today its missing. I would be grateful if someone will care about it and i want to encourage to fix it. All happend on official server

Also noting I have 24H2 version of windows 11. Really need a fix here. Not sure how more people don't report this issue because this processor is probably one of the most prevalent in gaming... Maybe they were smart enough to not use windows 11, ugh i hate it so much. Honestly about to find a copy of windows 10 so i can game in peace.

Wow, that sounds incredibly frustrating! I've definitely had weird internet glitches happen with certain games before. It almost sounds like the DayZ server refresh is flooding your connection. Have you tried limiting the number of refreshes you do in a row? Maybe playing something less network-intensive in the meantime could help diagnose if it's DayZ specific. If you are looking for a single-player game to relax, you can also try Drift Hunters, it is simple and fun. Hope you get it sorted out!

Can you check with your Network provide that everything is in order? We would also suggest checking your DNS/firewall etc.

I find it hard to understand the implications of all this, since I don't understand Arma3 scripting. What does this all mean? Problem cannot be fixed?

For ejection seats one of the tasks is indeed to evacuate pilot at zero altd. & zero speed

For example, NA NY 2587 Third person official. But as everyone has stated it is all servers.

The roads disappear on official servers as well sometimes though it is rare. Only in certain areas as well. I’ve noticed it happens near novodimitrosk and in the city as well where the asphalt is gone and it is flat dirt instead.
