Is there any situation in the game that actually requires supplies to be placed on the ground? What use does it serve?
Generally the players are taking supply from 1 location to another, placing them in storage areas.
Can it just be disabled?
You also need to move forward while crouching and holster your weapon. Big can be removed by vaulting over something...
I do not understand the need for supplies to be placed on the floor, what purpose does it serve?
Supply duping is the bane of our lives, hosting 2 very popular vanilla servers and need to be addressed urgently as it's an exploit which provides imbalance within the game.
This and supply lag from server uptime, really need to be addressed to this amazing game.
Resolved for 1.27
thank you guys for such an awesome game

Absolutely needs a fix this is a huge problem for a lot of modded servers and in some cases making players stop playing certain servers because of problems like this one more byte would fix everything
This is a must fix! It is a constant plague to servers at the moment. A solution would be a god send to the community.

Yes, tried yesterday - nothing works to use to water with (jerrycan, plastic bottle, glass bottle, my shoes, wringing my clothes over the plot, crying epic tears hoping for it to take)
:P
Hello purechaos.
According to the dev team this is not a bug and works as intended. We are however aware it could be improved in the future.

Hello bigjill.
Is this only occurring on one specific modded server? If so, the problem is very likely with the modded content.

Resolved for the 1.3 update.

downloaded MemTest86 and ran from USB Boot. 4 passes with default settings = no errors

Resolved for 1.2.1.69.
Fixed for 1.2.0.125
@Geez I'm sorry to bother you.
Are there any updates or any other information?
This is a critical bug that a lot of server owners have encountered and we would all like to know more information from the developers (will this bug be fixed or should we stop using defines in mods) and an estimated ETA.

Hello Steadyfurn8.
Can you please provide a screenshot or a video of the problem?

If this does not occur on the official servers then it is very likely caused by the modded content.
happening again regularly. i reinstalled GPU drivers (does continuing to debloating with NVCleaninstall and/or clean remove with DDU cause issues?). OC is off.
Hello Scott15709
The crash dump points towards nvppex.dll file, indicating a problem with your GPU drivers. Please do a clean installation and check your OS for any corrupted installations/files. Also make sure your system is up to date.
Disabling HWAA in the game might resolve the issue but the root cause is somewhere on your system.
There is also a chance that if you are running Nvidia app instead of Ge-force experience that that is the cause of the problem.

Possibly a cheater, please report the player through in game report function the next time something like this occurs, thank you!

Hello modyle.
Can you please check your C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\DayZ folder for any .mdmp files from recent date? What you sent us contains only .mdmp files from june related to game exit, which is definitely unrelated to the problem you are facing right now.

hey guys,
Thats not a bug, that is the preset zero for weapons, if you want to go higher or lower than that you can generally zero the weapon in the opposite direction. Keep in mind some weapons cannot be zeroed down to 100m and there is an upper limit aswell. Look up caracals video on youtube about zeroing for further information.
This "feature" spoils the game completely. If one player who sneaks into the base can deplete 7000-8000 supplies to zero in 15-20 seconds, the whole supply system doesn't make sense.
Nowadays more "players" know about this, let call a spade a spade, glitch, it breaks tactics of Conflict completely. That glitch causes that it doesn't matter how big and well supplied the base is, because any base can be now devoid of supplies faster that anyone can spawn there.
If it's as designed, design is wrong.
Change it on Official servers, please.
Game Version number: experimental/ 1.2.0.1.2.4
Modded?: no
Yeah it is extremely hard to reproduce I’ve found, if this helps any it’s not on the experimental version of the game you can download (or for me I mean)
Happened again just now, after about 15mins of play.
Sorry to ping you on this old ticket, @Geez , but I'm wondering if this was ever looked into. The "issue" is still occurring in the current 1.26 stable.
PLEASE FIX!!!
was deemed not feasible sadly
