It seems like a duplicate of this T182387

However it doesn't make a sens to remove ammo from an arsenal.
One thing I could think is to be able to change the right pannel in the arsenal. Instead of having the player, we could be able to select a nearby vehicle and load and unload stuff from the arsenal much easier.
Edit: it appears after reinstalling the game on my initial drive, D:/, and then moving the game files via properties tab on steam, the game has no longer encountered the error.

Any positive feedback on this?

and yes steam files integrity was also validated, missing nothing
It's a shame they aren't interesting fixing this one. I stopped playing months ago because this ruins PVE.

Hello!
Nope, this happens only on modded run. Unfortunately, there's not much info besides logs I provided. I believe it may be tied to "losing" the mods on second run (another bug, btw):
0. Choose mods in the mod manager menu.
- Go to Scenarios menu in main menu.
- Select any scenario (Combat Ops, for example), choose multiplayer hosting option here, you will seee listen server MP settings modal window.
- Go to Mods tab, notice that mods are not enabled despite that you selected them in the general mod manager menu.
- Press play, wait until you will see the game world (play starts).
- Go back to the scenarios, press the very same scenario, select Mods tab in listen server MP settings modal window. Notice that there is no mods at all. Scenarios will appear when you leave the Scenarios menu and revisit it later.
Hello, I just encountered this playing Conflict Everon. Spawned a few units from the small living quarters. recruited a few ai from different units, drove out of the base to a supply point, 2 of them killed, but going back to the base and living quarters it still shows 100% and I can't get replacement units.

The same thing happens with grenades as long as they are close enough to still kill the occupants of the vehicle, and it looks like the in-game blast damage doesn't have an additional attenuation with armor
i have this problem now more frequent even when the system is not under stress nor enfusion workbench open.

WORKAROUND: drag the supplies out of the HQ. It seems to want to use the shit in the area and does not recognize that it has any amount of supplies inside of it. But you're right. Pretty game breaking imo

It's already a huge disadvantage to go against M & KB users with an analog controller. No deadzone makes it significantly harder.
Flying a helicopter with a dual analog, the left and right ananlog having no deadzone make the first 50% of the controller do nothing. Really hurts the mobility imo. Thank you for adressing this issue.

Same issue here, 9800x3d and 4080 Super, any update Bohemia? Been like 6 months + now...
HEDP is better at taking out armour in real life, because it has a HEAT warhead. Right now the only "armour" we have are light, thin skin APCS. I think it's probably pretty natural that pure HE rockets are highly effective against it. I understand what you're saying, but for right now I doubt things are gonna change. Maybe they might nerf explosions or something a bit since even 40mm HE rounds can kill people inside the vehicle.
also about fire. HE sets vehicles on fire better from my testing. DP is dual-purpose, from what I know, so it should be reasonable against everything.
yeah, but i mean there is HP system for vehicles in the game, so I don't see any better way to simulate HEDP piercing potential than just more damage to vehicles. Otherwise these rockets really shouldn't be in the game, because people will use them expecting to be better against vehicles, but they are actually worse against anything. And they cost the same amount of supplies if I remember correctly
This feedback post is about making the scroll wheel combo with W/S key act the same way as trigger buttons on a controller.
I looked on Wikipedia, it says that M229 (labelled as HE in game) has 2.2kg of explosive, whilst the M247 (labelled as HEDP in game) has 0.91kg. If the lined shaped charge (the DP part of HEDP) hits the engine or fuel, it will set fire. The explosive power of m247HEDP doesn't seem capable of it by itself, which seems to be accurate. not an expert though
I tested it in 1.3.0.157 with UH-1 against BTR in the same way, it looks like nothing changed. HEDP is still significantly worse than HE. The only thing I noticed is that HEDP is maybe a bit stronger against infantry, but that wasn't the main issue. Maybe I just don't get it, it seems like the issue is still there, but it would be nice if you could explain it to me if I'm wrong.
Maybe a option to rollback to earlier build would be nice.
right truck was bought
left truck was spawned
US 40mm HEDP has HEAT effect and can penetrate several inches of steel, although I'm not sure if pure 40mm HE of both factions should do so much damage against crew inside the vehicles.
1.3.0.157
still not fixed
As designed.
You can move your cursor to check the remaining base supplies at the base icon.

we also see such issue on our servers, there should be one Prefab missing Rpl. Also, since the Update, some Composition Prefabs like Military Tents or Barbedwire roll have duplicated Hierarchy and RplComp. I had to disable the duplicated Components to make itr work again.
Duplicated: https://feedback.bistudio.com/T191065
I've seen similar behaviour but I never know if its HE or HEDP grenades nor if its a wanted behaviour, at first i think grenades should not damage that much the crew. But i may be wrong.
I have same issue and its really annoying. Getting killed when you think you you are concealed but on server you are not.
