Most of these suggestions simply ramp up XP, which won’t keep the game balanced. Because you’re also asking to lower rank requirements, it’ll feel like there are practically no XP barriers at all.
Perhaps, but now the match ends in most cases before the captain appears in the team.
If the goal is to create as few new cars and helicopters as possible, since the server will not withstand such a load, then yes, nothing needs to be changed
I’m not sure what servers you play on, but on the French servers I frequent, most people reach Captain in about one-to-two hours. Our sessions often run 8–12 hours, so that progression feels perfectly balanced.

That isn’t the point. The idea is to strike a balance between spawning fresh vehicles and leaving wrecks scattered around the map. When players have to run supplies and earn rank before spawning new vehicles, they tend to treat those vehicles more carefully. Right now too many people spawn a truck/jeep, race off solo, die, and waste supplies. Making vehicles slightly harder to get would curb that waste and encourage teamwork.
You should gain passive xp for staying near your squad lead and the squad lead should get passive xp for being near their squad mates. Nothing crazy but similar to how you get passive xp for staying at a base. The XP should stack with the veterans bonus too.
This would encourage teamwork and make the new rank grind slightly less brutal when you join a match that’s already in progress.
