Issue Description:

LAV material is using "metal_3mm.gamemat" instead of armor material as in the BTR/BRDM's case. This results in it being able to be penetrated in the side by 7.62x39mm. Additionally, the fuel tank hitzone seems to be missing. These problems seem to be very recent as I remember doing testing on them not that long ago and these issues weren't there.

Steps To Reproduce

Shoot LAV 25 in the side with 7.62x39mm in reforger tools with projectile tracing on.
Additonally, turn on hit zones and see that the fuel tank is now missing.
