Issue Description:
As far as I know - Very reproducable.

I have Radio Rebound to Mouse 4 - Double Tap Mouse 4 to Switch Radio Channels

If I have a Radio and a Back pack Radio - The Radio Button works - Up until I put down the radio back pack - Then My radio Button no longer works - even if I get another radio button - I have to then Double Tap Mouse 4 to Get the radio to start broadcasting - but then its permanently enabled and I have to Push to talk (proximity) to turn it off. This has been present for a few patches - not sure if its because I'm using Mouse 4 - Not sure if its because there is a hidden Triple tap Keybind for Radio use to toggle the toggle - but it doesn't work on mouse 4 for some reason?

I know this is such a small issue but the only fix is leaving and rejoining for me. I swear it's not made up and I can reproduce it - I just haven't done it on purpose yet. There may be other factors like getting in a vehicle and using the radio - not sure - I just know it happens every time I use the radio backpack and I didn't have this problem when Radio was on Caps lock.
