It is necessary to give the medic more opportunities in terms of medicine compared to other players.
More injuries, more medicine and interaction.
Medics should be a separate structure with their own uniform (like pilots and equipment crews) and separate features that are unique to them.
A zip of my profile, the Switch weapon optics binding must be changed to Ctrl+RightClick to make it stop working.
Still an error for the version 1.3.0.102 (Exp).
Is there any update regarding the matter?

I had another drive with a 23H2 Windows install on it and booted into that and installed the game, and made it through an entire 128 person WCS game with no freezes whatsoever. Microsoft pulled the 23H2 iso so you'd need to get it elsewhere, but if you can test that it may provide another data point. On my primary/newer Windows, I'd get freezes up to ~twice per minute, so there's an obvious difference here. There are more differences in the two installs than just the Windows version since that Windows install is years old and from my previous build, but that's gonna be the biggest difference, and 24H2 did make a lot of CPU and AMD related changes.
Do you think the performance is still good with everything else in that version, I really only play arma, so I wouldn’t mind going back if it fixed but didn’t mess with everything else
I didn't notice any performance differences, but my PC is pretty beefy and new so I'm probably above average there and already get 120-140 FPS with high settings. Regardless it would be 1000% worth it just to get rid of the freezes which make it virtually unplayable. I'd play on 40 FPS if it meant no freezes.

No I didn't. I have just stuck with 24H2 and waiting on a patch. Limit your fps to about 60 and it should minimize how long it takes for the stutters to occur and how severe they are. The still get bad, just not as quick.
I would partition a small amount on your driver and install 23H2 or Bazzite/ linux to tie you over until there is a patch. Save wiping your system and starting fresh
May I add, it is like the game and Windows are taking the mouse input at the same time.
I can confirm that when FPS drops, changing the settings (texture detail) will restore your original performance.
Did you ever end up trying to go back to windows 11 23H2? I was thinking about it but didn’t know if that was a fix.
@Geez, i like to add some behaviour from Exp. 1.3.0.102. The driving itself is much better. But there are still some issue if something block the road. I would not like to open a new Feedback, so i think fits here well.
Resolved in the next experimental.
Fixed internaly, confirmed by reyhard.
confirmed on the current stable.
Thank you for the report.
This has been reported previously and it is being worked on. Closing the ticket as it is duplicate.

Geez
Maybe this could also be the problem of the Scenario list
@Geez, check the Video until the end, and tell me this is a working ViewGeo...
What? No.. its not if you compare it to all other buildings, this one does not have any ViewGeo! Or, its already fixed in our DEV build ?

Hello R34P3R.
According to the dev team the viewgeometry works correctly on the object.
Resolved for one of the future updates.

Geez
@Geez, maybe this can be combined with: https://feedback.bistudio.com/T189521
The head alpha test is to slow. We also see this issue on the mounted HMG.

Glad to see I'm not alone now and there are plenty of reports. The common things I see are 24H2 windows and X3d Cpu's with Arma being the thing that is spiking the CPU. I even bought a 9800X3D in hopes that would fix it but no bueno. Hopefully we don't have to wait too long for some kind of a response that they are indeed looking into it or better yet have identified the issue. Makes it pretty unplayable tbh. I haven't booted it up since mid Jan and even then that was only for an hour until it was unplayable. Fingers crossed fellas!
Even easier way to reproduce, start new match, go into game master, teleport to enemy town, no ai will spawn.
Map markers should also be placed where your cursor was when you open radial menu instead of the name for the marker
The ability to double click LMB on the map which places a black dot and open a text box, so I can type "enemy" or "command truck" then press enter which will place the marker for all my team to see. This is how it was in arma3 and it was perfect.
also having this issue. exact same description of issue.
