Issue Description:
Tracer rounds do not set all vehicles on fire fairly.
Every vehicle that is not a lav, btr, brdm-2, humvee, buhanka, mutt jeep, uaz-469 can be set on fire with only half a magazine from the svd API round.
For example over 100 rounds of 50cal tracer/fmj belt does not set the btr on fire if shooting from the rear.

we have tested this but were unable to find any issues.
or BTR case: I'd recommend using full on Tracer magazines when testing such issues, as relying on default mixed magazine gives only 1x Tracer out of 5 fired bullets, with rest being FMJ's, meaning the hitzone gets destroyed before it can be set on fire proper.
