Issue Description:
After the 1.2.1.202 hotfix update and the latest 1.3.0.102 exp update, the server logs are constantly being spammed with:

04:40:08.742 DEFAULT   (W): DamageContext contains null damage effect.

04:40:08.743 DEFAULT   (W): DamageContext contains null damage effect.
04:40:08.743 DEFAULT   (W): DamageContext contains null damage effect.

04:40:08.744 DEFAULT   (W): DamageContext contains null damage effect.
04:40:08.744 DEFAULT   (W): DamageContext contains null damage effect.

Directly from the engine, happens on all vanilla servers. Might be related to vehicles taking damage. More testing required.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Set up a dedicated server using v1.3.0.102 (experimental) or v1.2.1.202 (stable).
  2. Have players join and engage in combat using vehicles, anti-tank weapons, etc.
  3. Monitor the server logs for the warning: DEFAULT (W): DamageContext contains null damage effect.
  4. Expect to see hundreds or even thousands of lines of log spam.
