If you bind Switch weapon optics to Ctrl+RightClick then you cannot adjust your stance while scoped in your gun.

  1. Rebind Switch weapon optics in controls to Ctrl+RightClick
  2. Scope into your gun
  3. Try to ctrl+mousewheel and see you can no longer adjust your stance
